We’re Absolutely Raven

One dawn while you were all in bed
We took flight and almost fled
We flew up and down Latters Lane
We flew up and down and back again
On our flight Slepnir and Odin came to
We raved on and he told us what to do
He said to stay at Airmids’ a while
Stay with Thornbolt and make him smile
So we took a photo for memory to begin
Of the night we rode the lane with Odin
We like it here in our little haven
We like it and we’re absolutely raven.
One clear and bright moonlit eve
Munin decided she would take her leave
Back to Odin as she thought it’s time
To say Heil and well met to that friend of mine
Odin and Slepnir were riding high
Straight from a battle were warriors die
The Valkyries came and took the warriors brave
Off to Valhalla and not a watery grave
But to fight again on Ragnork’s day
Where all brave warriors have their say.
Hugin stays at Airmid’s and Thornbolt’s haven
He’s still very happy and he’s absolutely raven

LO,THERE DO I SEE MY PEOPLE
BACK TO THE BEGINNING
LO, THERE DO THEY CALL TO ME
AND BID ME TO TAKE MY PLACE
IN THE HALLS OF VALHALLA
WHERE THE BRAVE MAY LIVE FOREVER
